Community Involvement – Ed Voyles Auto Group in Atlanta, GA
Our story dates back to 1944 at a used car lot in East Point, GA. We’ve been loyal to the Atlanta area for a long time. We are proud of the mark the Voyles name has made on the area and on the auto industry, but we couldn’t have gotten here without the constant support of our community. That’s why we are always looking for new ways to engage with our customers and give back to the foundations that matter to them. From local schools to national charities, there’s no limit to the things we’re glad to add to our list of philanthropic endeavors.
From Our Family to Yours
Valery, Ben, and Bill Voyles, children of Ed Voyles, are all very involved in various charities. They serve on the boards for a number of worthy organizations including The Shepherd Center, Cumberland Academy, the Cobb Energy Performing Art Centre and the March of Dimes. It means a lot to the Voyles family to stay local and invest in the community around us. In addition to donating their personal time and efforts to those causes, they personally support fundraising efforts for these organizations. While Valery, Ben, and Bill support these causes as individuals, Ed Voyles Automotive Group as a company supports each organization as well.
More Organizations We Love
Ed Voyles Auto Group serves as an annual fundraising partner for the United Way, the March of Dimes, the American Red Cross and MUST Ministries. We also provide annual support to the American Cancer Society, the American Diabetes Association and the Alzheimer’s Association. Each of our employees is encouraged to choose a charitable organization that speaks to them. Then, Ed Voyles Auto Group offers a matching contribution to the charity the employee has chosen. Most recently, we were proud to be the major sponsor for fundraising efforts at Ashford Park Elementary’s Outdoor Classroom as well as Montgomery Elementary School’s STEM Program.

This year, we were an active sponsor of the 2019 Chamblee Fun Mud Run and proudly donated over $50,000 to Chamblee Middle School. Additionally, we are proud to be a Birdie level sponsor of the Cobb Schools Foundation Golf Tournament this year. Supporting Cobb education and development elevates the future for all of us and we’re glad to help the cause! Each year, the Ed Voyles Automotive Group is proud to sponsor the Teacher of the Year Program for the Cobb County and Marietta City school districts. Through this sponsorship, all three Teacher of the Year winners for the Cobb County School District and Marietta City School District are given a free car to drive for that year. Winners of the award at the state level get to keep the car forever! In addition, we offer free oil changes and discounted parts and service to all Cobb County school district employees and their families. At Ed Voyles Auto Group, we know that teachers are the future. This is just our small way of saying thanks.
